Originating in India this beverage is savoured for its rich, complex flavours using a perfect blend of freshly ground spices like cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom and pepper. Chai can be brewed with water, then add milk and sweetened to taste or it can be brewed with milk and then sweetened.
