Fantastic Jasmine pearls, but to get the most out of them you have to brew them correctly. Heat water to 80 – 90°C. Use 1 slightly rounded teaspoon of pearls/250mL cup. Rinse the pearls first to help them start to unfurl. Discard the rinse water. Then steep in 250mL of hot water for 2 – 3 minutes. The pearls can be re-used up to three times, with each subsequent brew taking on a different character. Enjoy!
