Chai by definition is a spiced tea. Originating in India this beverage is savoured for its rich, complex flavours using a perfect blend of freshly ground spices like cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom and pepper. Chai can be brewed with water, then add milk and sweetened to taste or it can be brewed with milk and then sweetened.

Chai Spices

Use this chai spice to prepare a spiced drink. It can be used with tea, milk or juice. Preparation: half a teaspoon of spice per cup (150ml) and allow to infuse for approximately 5 mins and strain.
