Description
Dandelion root is a known source of vitamins A, C, and K, and minerals iron, calcium and potassium – all important for promoting physical and mental well-being. This root is packed with antioxidants, which reduce oxidative stress and help protect cells against free radicals.
The natural nutty flavour and toasted undertones are reminiscent of chicory or coffee, creating a unique cup of tea worth savouring. If you prefer sweeter drinks, a dash of honey, sugar or even maple syrup is recommended.
Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon for each 8 oz/250 ml of water in the teapot or cup. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep 3 – 7 min. Enjoy!
